And also to have power to authorize a change of signatory to the account

This can only be opened by FX department upon satisfactory documentation. Documentations required for opening of ordinary DOM account are as follows:

In addition to requirements for opening of a current account, the following additional documents must be obtained:

1. Letter of intent showing currency and source of funds

2. Evidence of source of funds i.e. Contract letter or invoice showing relationship

3. Covering memo signed by the Managing Director

4. Board resolution (for a company) In both circumstances, the current account must have been operated for a minimum of six months
