Customer Access Code
Your customer access code is a 10-digit number unique to you. Once you are registered for our Internet Banking, your access code is sent to you in a sealed pack through your account officer. If you have forgotten your login details, you can contact your account officer or contact ebusiness department through :

If you discover your access code has been compromised, please contact us.
Username
Like your access code, your username is sent to you through your account officer once you are a registered user.
Password
Your password is sent to you through your account officer once you are a registered user. Once you are logged in, you can change your password.
All these information are included in the sealed pack sent to you through your account officer.
