Account is locked
You have used a wrong password to log in more than three times. Ask for a password reset if you have forgotten your password. If you can remember your password, ask for it to be unlocked. Requests for unlocking password should be sent via email to zenithreach@zenithbank.com.sl, stating user ID.
 
Can't upload required documents
Resize documents if more than 3 mega bites.
Thereafter send via email to zenithreach@zenithbank.com.
 
Can I transfer money to my stock broker?
Yes. You can do online third party transfers if the third party has an account with Zenith Bank. If not, send a written/signed request to that effect via email to zenithreach@zenithbank.com.
 
Need to transfer money to other accounts within Zenith Bank
Login to Zenith Online and click on third party transfer.

Send a written and signed instruction via e-mail to zenithreach@zenithbank.com
Daily funds transfer limit using Zenith Online is N250,000.

Yes. You will be given both foreign currency and naira cheque books.
 
Can a third party deposit money into my foreign currency account?
Yes.
 
When do I get my internet banking details and other documents?
Once account is opened, internet banking details will be sent via email, while cheque book and debit card will be sent via courier.
